PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for preventing a crown from being accidentally swallowed, which improves safety in the attachment of the crown of a deciduous tooth and the like by preventing a medical accident such as accidental swallowing, and which is excellent in manufacture, usability and the like.SOLUTION: A tool 1 for preventing a crown from being accidentally swallowed prevents the crown 10 from being accidentally swallowed in the attachment of the crown 10 for covering an object tooth. A ring-shaped tool body 2 for preventing the crown from being accidentally swallowed is joined in such a manner as to be orthogonal to a base plate 3. The tool body 2 for preventing the crown from being accidentally swallowed is detachably fixed in a predetermined attitude to a predetermined position of the crown 10 via the base plate 3, and froth 4 is inserted through a ring inner hole 2a of the tool body 2 for preventing the crown from being accidentally swallowed.
