FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of drug-free health improvement of an organism and can be used for medical and preventive purposes for organism purification and recovery, improvement of working capacity, appearance and prolongation of active longevity. Fasting is performed with stages of entry and exit. Daily biorhythm of sleep-wakefulness is adjusted for night wakefulness with performance of motor activity and reception of water and air procedures. Sleep is organized in the morning and in the evening and creates conditions for daytime wakefulness. Speaking is restricted. At the entrance to therapeutic fasting for 2 days and leaving the therapeutic starvation for 2–3 days, the body is converted to consumption of freshly prepared smoothies and one-component juices or their blends until the body is saturated. Therapeutic starvation is performed in two phases. First phase is started after entering therapeutic starvation with exclusion of food and liquid for 2–4 days. Then the second phase of therapeutic starvation is started with transfer of organism to consumption of freshly prepared clarified one-component juices or their blends in amount of 150 ml every two hours from 10.00 to 18.00 hours for 12–14 days.
