Technologies are described for a formulation and production of a formulation. The methods may comprise depositing a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) compound into a chamber. The methods may comprise depositing a N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist into the chamber. The methods may comprise respectively depositing a muscle relaxant, a local anesthetic into the chamber, depositing an anticonvulsant into the chamber, depositing an antidepressant into the chamber, and depositing a calcium channel blocking agent into the chamber. The methods may comprise milling the NSAID compound, the NMDA receptor antagonist, the muscle relaxant, the local anesthetic, the anticonvulsant, the antidepressant, and the calcium channel blocking agent into a powder. The methods may comprise adding a solvent with the powder and mixing the solvent with the powder to form a solution.
