PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting heater for a general household that overcomes problems regarding a cost and convenience and mitigates a burden caused by heavy snow for anyone, carefully selecting and utilizing distinguished products brought about by technical innovations in Japan and utilizing a low-cost product that offers high electrical conduction effect and an electrical heat insulation effect, to replace a conventional heater that is large in scale, inconvenient when removing and carrying, and very costly, in view of a large number of accidents that occur when people attempt to remove snow from a roof, etc.SOLUTION: The snow melting heater is annexed to a prior patent application (Patent Application 2014-100632), promotes snow melting with a comprehensive effect when used together, may be installed by one person, may be installed in multiplication when a temperature setting is low, offers other unique functions, may be utilized effectively for preventing freezing of a rain gutter, a water pipe, a sewage pipe and the like, is light-weight, and may be stored compactly when folded, rolled, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4【課題】従来の機器では大掛かりで取り外しや、持ち運びに便利性に欠け、高コストで誰もが手軽に傍受できない問題があり、雪下ろしに事故が多発している現状に苦慮する課題がある、我が国の技術革新の顕著なる製品を吟味活用、電機電導効果の優れた電機保温効果のある低コスト製品を活用し高コストの課題や便利性を解決し積雪軽減を誰もが傍受できる融雪機器を目的とし一般家庭に提供する。【解決手段】本機器は、先行特許申請（特願２０１４―１００６３２）に付随し、本機器との総合作用効果により積雪溶解を促進し、１人にて、設置出来る特質を備え、低温設定により同機器が増設ができる、その他独自機能、雨樋、水道管、下水管、等の凍結防止に有効活用でき、軽量、折り曲げや、捲く等のコンパクト収納ができる特質を備えた、積雪凍結融解機器。【選択図】図４
