PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic band which can be used by wrapping around either of the right and left wrists without changing the orientation of the band body.SOLUTION: Band bodies 11 of a hemostatic band 10 are formed in a long shape and wrapped around a limb (right wrist 100a or left wrist 200a) at a hemostasis site (puncture site 100b or 200b of the radial artery). A curvature plate 12 is attached to the band bodies and curves along the limb. A balloon 13 is disposed closer to the limb than to the curvature plate, inflates as a fluid (air) is introduced thereinto, and presses the hemostasis site to stop the bleeding. A pressing member (auxiliary balloon 14) is connected to the balloon and presses the balloon in a direction toward the limb. The balloon and the auxiliary balloon, with any one thereof attached to the band body or the curvature plate, are selectively folded in different directions along a connection part so as to be freely layered with the overlapping surfaces made different.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】帯体の向きを変えることなく、右手首および左手首にそれぞれ巻き付けて使用できる止血用バンドを提供する。【解決手段】止血用バンド10の帯体11は、長尺状に形成され肢体(右手首100aまたは左手首200a)の止血部位(橈骨動脈の穿刺部位100bまたは200b)に巻き付ける。湾曲板12は、帯体に取り付けられ、肢体に沿って湾曲している。バルーン13は、湾曲板よりも肢体の側に配設され、流体(空気)を注入されて拡張しつつ、止血部位を圧迫して止血する。押圧部材(補助バルーン14)は、バルーンに連結し、バルーンを肢体に向かう方向に押圧する。ここで、バルーンおよび補助バルーンは、いずれか一方を帯体または湾曲板に取り付けた状態で、連結した連結部位に沿って異なる方向に対して選択的に折り曲げ、互いに重なる面を異ならせて積層自在としている。【選択図】図1
