The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for preparing a dendritic cell from a monocyte by a non-adhesive culture method using interferon-[alpha]. The present invention is a method for preparing a dendritic cell having cytotoxicity from a monocyte, said method comprising culturing a monocyte isolated from peripheral blood by non-adhesive culture in the presence of GM-CSF and pegylated interferon-[alpha], then adding prostaglandin E2 and OK432 to the resultant culture, and then further carrying out the culturing by non-adhesive culture.本發明之目的在於提供一種使用干擾素α藉由非接著培養法自單核球調製樹突細胞之方法，本發明係一種包括於GM-CSF及PEG化干擾素α之存在下藉由非接著培養對自末梢血液單離之單核球進行培養，其後添加前列腺素E2及OK432進而藉由非接著培養進行培養之自單核球調製具有細胞毒殺性之樹突細胞之方法。
