PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide blood sampling means and a blood sampling device capable of achieving blood sampling from a fingertip safely and easily in any subject.SOLUTION: A blood sampling device includes a perforator, a blood collection tube, a cartridge that holds an adhesive plaster, a drive mechanism for changing the position of the cartridge, and performing an operation to press the perforator, a container, and a seal against a fingertip, a fixing mechanism for fixing a part of the fingertip, and a pressing mechanism for pressing a finger root. After a finger root is pressed, a fingertip of a subject is perforated with the perforator, blood is collected into the collection tube from a puncture mark, and the bleeding from the puncture mark is stopped by an adhesive plaster after the pressure is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】どのような被験者でも安全かつ簡便に指先からの採血を実現することができる採血手段及び採血装置を提供する。【解決手段】穿孔器、採血管、絆創膏を保持するカートリッジと、カートリッジの位置を変化させ、かつ穿孔器、容器、シールを指先に押し当てる動作をするための駆動機構と、指先の一部を固定するための固定機構と、指の根元を圧迫するための圧迫機構を備えている採血装置で、指の根元を圧迫したのち穿孔器で被験者の指先を穿孔し、穿刺痕から採血管に血液を採取し、圧迫を解放したのち絆創膏で穿刺痕を止血する。【選択図】図１
