The invention relates to devices for surgical use, for healing and for personal hygiene, wherein, among other components, the following are arranged: a layer of organic cotton or bamboo fibres, arranged so as to be in contact with the skin of a user； a layer of non-woven fabric, wherein a central area is occupied by an element consisting of polypropylene fibres and thermostable elastomers, into which nanometric powder of tourmaline is absorbed； and a layer opposite the first layer, formed from materials which allow the "ventilation" of the device and simultaneously form a barrier against humidity. The invention also relates to the use of the nanometric tourmaline powder in said applications.Se proveen dispositivos de uso quirúrgico, de curación y de higiene personal, en los que, entre otros componentes, están dispuestos los siguientes: una capa de fibras de bambú o de algodón orgánico, dispuesta para quedar en contacto con la piel de un usuario； una capa de tela no tejida, en la que está ocupando un sitio central un elemento de fibras de polipropileno y elastómeros termoestables, en las que está absorbido polvo nanométrico de turmalina； y una capa opuesta a la primera capa, formada de materiales que permitan "la ventilación" al dispositivo y, al mismo tiempo, formen una barrera contra la humedad.
