PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a difference of a heart state in each condition by comparing images of electrocardiogram synchronous SPECT (Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography) photographed in different conditions.
SOLUTION: An image analyzer 100 of the electrocardiogram synchronous SPECT has: a resting original image storage part 161 for storing a resting original image including eight phase images of one subject a loaded original image storage part 162 for storing a loaded original image including eight phase images of the same subject a standardization processing part 110 for standardizing each resting original image and each loaded original image respectively a difference image generation part 130 for generating a difference image between each phase image of corresponding phases between a resting standardized image and a loaded standardized image and a significant difference verification part 140 for performing significant difference verification of the difference image.
