An implement control system used to control an implement (3), which is mounted on an articulated boom (2) of a work machine (1) and comprises electrically controllable hydraulics. The work machine (1) comprises hydraulic and electric circuitry (4) connected to the electrically controllable hydraulics via the articulated boom (2). The implement control system comprises on board the work machine (1) a computer (11) connected to a wireless module (20) and on board the implement (3) a computer connected to a wireless module (22). The computers (11) are adapted to communicate with each other via their wireless modules (20, 22) to electrically control hydraulics of the implement (3) from the work machine (1) and to provide feedback therefrom to the work machine (1). The wireless modules (20, 22) are adapted to communicate with each other by means of at least MIMO 2x2 technique and hence comprise at least two antennas each.
