Le dispositif dinhalation de poudre sèche selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend un corps principal dans lequel une partie de logement de capsule pour loger une capsule chargée de composition est formée un passage dair, formé au niveau du corps principal, pour introduire de lair externe dans le corps principal à travers celui-ci par aspiration du patient et une partie dinhalation, combinée avec le corps principal, pour guider lair extérieur introduit dans le corps principal, conjointement avec la composition, vers le patient.
