PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certain kind of blood coagulation FIX analog and a derivative thereof having the prolonged circulation time in a blood flow compared with a native IX factor (FIX).SOLUTION: The FIX polypeptide having a biological activity of a clot formation in vivo has an amino acid sequence in which at least one of the native amino acid residues at position 146-180 is replaced by a cysteine amino acid residue conjugated with a chemical group increasing the molecular weight of the FIX polypeptide, and one or more amino acids at a specific position are replaced, deleted, or added, having a prolonged circulation half-life compared with that of native FIX (and a week after injection to a patient retains at least about 5% of the FIX activity compared to the initial activity peak value reached after injection).【課題】天然ＩＸ因子（ＦＩＸ）と比較して血流中の延長された循環時間を有するある種の血液凝固ＦＩＸアナログ及び誘導体を提供する。【解決手段】位置１４６－１８０の天然アミノ酸残基の少なくとも一つがＦＩＸポリペプチドの分子量を増大させる化学基が結合されたシステインアミノ酸残基に置換され、特定位置の一又は複数のアミノ酸が置換、欠失又は付加したアミノ酸配列を有し、天然ＦＩＸのものと比較して延長された循環半減期を持ち（また患者への注射から一週間後に、注射後に達した初期活性ピーク値と比較して少なくとも約５％のＦＩＸ活性を保持している）、ｉｎｖｉｖｏにおける血餅形成についての生物学的活性を有するＦＩＸポリペプチド。【選択図】なし
