The needle (6) is provided inside the needle holder (2) and extends downward into the safety sleeve (5). The safety sleeve (5) can move up and down inside the receiving cavity (30) of the engagement mount in cooperation with an injecting operation of the needle (6). The receiving cavity (30) of the engagement mount is internally provided with a position-locating arm (31). An end of the position-locating arm (31) extends to form an engagement portion (311). The safety sleeve (5) is provided with a position-locating step (52).
