The present invention relates to a philtrum adhesive for purifying inhaled air which comprises an adhesion holder (10), a rectangular adhesive label (20), a ring-type adhesive label (30), and a circular filter (40). The adhesion holder (10) has an inner diameter (12) and an outer diameter (11), and a circular nostril inlet attachment surface (13) is formed on a cylindrical upper part having an opened lower portion, while a semi-oval-shaped dome (14) having a smaller diameter than the outer diameter (11) is formed on the nostril inlet attachment surface (13). The adhesion holder (10) also includes an air hole (15) at the center of the dome (14), and the outer diameter (11), the inner diameter (12), the nostril inlet attachment surface (13), the dome (14), and the air hole (15) are aligned on the same line. A philtrum attachment surface (16) having a rectangular thing plate-like structure is formed at an terminal end of the outer diameter (11) on the rear side of a cylindrical outer diameter (11), and a central connection band (17) is formed at a right end side of the philtrum attachment surface (16), while every component are symmetrically aligned in pairs based on the central connection band (17). The rectangular adhesive label (20) has a release film, and the ring-type adhesive label (30) has a release film which is formed in a ring shape with an outer diameter (21) and an inner diameter (22). The circular filter (40) is made of a non-woven fabric or a non-woven fabric felt. On the rear side of the right and left philtrum attachment surface (16) of the adhesion holder (10), adhesive surface of rectangular adhesion label (20) including the release film removable when attached to the nose is attached respectively, whereas a lower surface of the ring-type adhesive label (30) including the release film removable when attached to the nose is attached respectively on an upper surface of left and right nostril inlet attachment surface (13) on the adhesion holder (10).
