PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breast pump and the like capable of reducing pain applied to a user such as a mother during breast pumping and realizing original peristaltic motion.SOLUTION: A breast pump 1 includes: a breast placement part 20 in which a breast part P is placed a pump part 111 for making a space between the breast part and the breast placement part, a negative-pressure space a plurality of pressurizing parts 80 that are placed, while changing locations from a root side to a tip side of the breast part, and that are controlled into a pressurizing state and a non-pressurizing state and a pressing part 70 that is disposed to face the pressurizing parts and receives influence of pressurization of the pressurizing parts on the breast part.
