The invention relates to medicine and veterinary science, and is a pharmaceutical composition which contains iron(II) sulphate and is intended for the treatment of iron deficiency anaemia, characterised in that it additionally contains iron hexacyanoferrate, iron-potassium hexacyanoferrate, potassium sulphate and microcellulose, said composition containing these ingredients in a defined ratio in wt.%.
