The present invention relates to a method for training language rehabilitation based on an online assessment which can provide an optimized language rehabilitation training program to a patient by assessing a cognitive function of the patient necessary for rehabilitation before training language rehabilitation and reflecting an assessment result. The method comprises the steps of: receiving basic information of the patient through an input unit and storing the input basic information in a patient information storage unit to perform patient registration； performing cognitive function assessment to assess a disability degree of the cognitive function of the patient based on the basic information of the patient； and providing a customized language rehabilitation training to the patient according to a cognitive function assessment result.본 발명은 언어재활 훈련에 앞서 재활에 필요한 환자의 인지기능을 평가하고, 평가 결과를 반영하여 환자에게 최적화된 언어재활 훈련프로그램을 제공할 수 있는 온라인 평가 기반 언어재활 훈련 방법에 관한 것으로, 환자의 기본정보를 입력부를 통해 입력받고 입력된 기본정보를 환자정보 저장부에 저장하여 환자 등록을 수행하는 단계； 상기 환자의 기본정보에 기초하여 상기 환자의 인지기능의 장애 정도를 평가하기 위한 인지기능 평가를 수행하는 단계； 및 상기 인지기능 평가 결과에 따라 환자에게 맞춤형 언어재활 훈련을 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
