The device comprises a pressure generator for supplying fluid jet for applicator, where a suction device is provided for removal of the separated tissue cells from the biological structure. The suction device has a low pressure source, where a suction pipe is provided for connecting the applicator with the low pressure source. A tissue cell accumulator is integrated in the suction pipe, where an arrester device (16) is provided for collecting the connective tissue from the fluid-tissue cell-mixture.
