Disclosed is a delivery and release device for a covered stent, comprising: a guide head (1) and a central tube (7) connected thereto, wherein an outer tube (8)is sleeved on the outside of the central tube (7), a positioning tube (6) is sheathed between the central tube (7) and the outer tube (8) a front fixator (3), a back fixator (4) and a positioner (9) are sheathed between the positioning tube (6) and the outer tube (8)successively the covered stent is placed between the back fixator (4) and the positioner (9) the guide head (1) along its axial direction is connected with a metal bar (2) a circular thread is connected to the front fixator (3) and passes through the covered stent and then is sleeved on the metal bar (2) when the release occurs, the metal bar (2)moves forward along axially so that the metal bar (2) is separated from the circular thread and then the covered stent is released a supporting tube (10) is located at the back of the positioner (9)and is connected with a housing (13) via a supporting tube socket (19) a front retainer (12) and a back retainer (18) are fixedly connected to the front end and back end of the housing (13) an inner movement-guide sleeve (15) and an outer movement-guide sleeve (14) are sheathed in a threaded connection on the housing (13), the inner movement-guide sleeve (15) being connected with the outer tube (8) via an outer tube socket (16) and a positioning sleeve for the central tube (20) is connected at the back of the central tube (7) and is connected with an outer adjusting rotary handle (21)via a screw thread, a connector of the central tube (7) passing though the positioning sleeve (20) and then being sheathed and connected into the adjusting rotary handle (21). Using the delivery and release device to release the covered stent is simple in operation, accurate in positioning, and has a high release success rate release.
