PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ointment base injection apparatus capable of injecting a predetermined amount of ointment base into a container with a small filling port such as a tube container and accurately injecting the predetermined amount into even a wide-mouthed ointment jar while being safe with no risk of getting burnt and convenient taking no space.SOLUTION: The ointment base injection apparatus includes an injector body provided with a first heating means for heating the ointment base stored in an ointment base storage container body with its bottom face protrusively provided with an injection port of a predetermined bore having an opening/closing means, to a predetermined temperature to melt the ointment base, and a second heating means for heating the ointment base to a predetermined temperature lower than the melting temperature of the ointment base, near the injection port of the container body and a support base for supporting the injector body in a vertical or inclined state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】所定量の軟膏基剤をチューブ容器のような充填口の小さな容器への注入や、広口の軟膏壺であっても正確に所定量を注入可能であるとともに、火傷の心配もなく安全で且つ場所もとらずに使い勝手のよい軟膏基剤の注入装置を提供する。【解決手段】開閉手段を有する所定口径の注入口が底面に突設された軟膏基剤を収容する容器本体に収容された軟膏基剤を所定の温度に加熱、溶解するための第1の加熱手段が付設されているとともに、容器本体の注入口近傍に軟膏基剤の溶解温度よりも低い所定の温度に加熱する第2の加熱手段が付設されている注入器本体と、注入器本体を垂直または傾斜状態に支持する支持基台とからなるものとした。【選択図】図1
