In the assembled state, the breastshield insert (3) extends from this first insert end (34) through the inside of the breastshield (2) to the second insert end (32), wherein the breastshield insert (3), between the first and second insert ends (34, 32), extends substantially spaced apart from the breastshield (1, 2). In the assembled state of the breastshield insert (3), the second insert end (32) is displaceable in the longitudinal direction (a) relative to the breastshield (2).
