PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental curable composition that can suitably be used as a dental composite resin having high color tone compatibility even when used for restoring a class III cavity or a class IV cavity, without using a pigment substance or a dye substance.SOLUTION: The dental curable composition comprises: a polymerizable monomeric component (A); an inorganic spherical filler (B) having an average primary particle diameter in the range of 100 to 1000 nm and 90% or more of the total number of particles in the number-based particle size distribution in a range of 5% before and after the average primary particle diameter; and a polymerization initiator (D). The inorganic spherical filler (B) provides a curable composition with a hardening body developing a structural color by polymerizing the polymerizable monomeric component (A), the refractive index at 25°C of the inorganic spherical filler being larger than the refractive index at 25°C of the obtained polymer. An amorphous inorganic filler (C) having an average particle diameter of 100 to 1000 nm is further formulated to the curable composition, thereby giving a hardening body having appropriate opacity while maintaining the visibility of the structural color.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】 顔料物質や染料物質を用いることなく、III級窩洞やIV級窩洞の修復に用いた場合であっても高い色調適合性の得られる歯科用コンポジットレジンとして好適に使用できる歯科用硬化性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】 重合性単量体成分(A)、平均一次粒子径が100~1000nmの範囲内にあり、個数基準粒度分布において全粒子数の90%以上が前記平均一次粒子径の前後の5%の範囲に存在する無機球状フィラー(B)及び重合開始剤(D)を含んでなり、前記無機球状フィラー(B)の25℃における屈折率は、前記重合性単量体成分(A)を重合して得られる重合体の25℃における屈折率よりも大きい、構造色を発現する硬化体を与える硬化性組成物に、平均粒子径が100~1000nmの不定形無機フィラー(C)を更に配合し、構造色の視認性を保ったまま適度な不透明性を有する硬化体が得られるようにする。【選択図】なし
