The present disclosure provides a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) method. In particular, the present disclosure provides an HSCT method using a combination of proliferation of T cells and T cell depletion ex vivo and a method of T cell depletion in vivo. In vivo T cell depletion methods deplete alloreactive T cells (in vivo) that may promote the risk of GvHD unless this method is used.本開示は、造血幹細胞移植(HSCT)方法を提供するものである。特に、本開示は、エクスビボでのγσT細胞の増殖およびαβT細胞枯渇方法と、インビボでのT細胞枯渇方法との組み合わせを使用して、HSCT方法を提供する。インビボでのT細胞枯渇方法は、この方法を用いない限りGvHDのリスクを助長させかねないアロ反応性T細胞が(インビボで)枯渇する。
