The invention relates to certain compounds that are inducers of Heat shock 70 kDa protein 1A/1B (HSPA1A/B) and their use for anticoagulation therapy and to a method for anticoagulation therapy that comprises the administration of one of these inducer compounds. It has been here proved that induction of Heat shock 70 kDa protein 1A/1B by administration of one of these inducer compounds has antithrombotic effects without accelerating or altering bleeding time.Linvention concerne certains composés qui sont des inducteurs de la protéine de choc thermique 70 kDa 1A/1B (HSPA1A/B) et leur utilisation pour un traitement anticoagulant et une méthode de traitement anticoagulant qui comprend ladministration de lun de ces composés inducteurs. Il a été démontré aux présentes que linduction de la protéine de choc thermique 70 kDa 1A/1B par ladministration dun de ces composés inducteurs a des effets antithrombotiques sans accélérer ou modifier le temps de saignement.
