Various technologies are provided to resolve problems on a street which hinders the passage of a wheelchair as a social consensus is formed regarding equality in the passing right of a user of a wheelchair which is used for the travel of the disabled, patients, the elderly and the infirm. Therefore, construction technologies are currently applied to conveniently enable the passage of the wheelchair by removing a stepped projection formed on a road boundary or a building entrance. Nevertheless, problems still exist on a conventional road boundary or building, causing a user of a manual wheelchair, which is moved after a rear wheel is rotated by hand, to have difficulties in climbing one low step without being helped by others. In addition, small stones or obstacles on an unpaved road also cause difficulties in travelling. To help the wheelchair users to climb the steps, various ideas are suggested, but as the ideas have complicated configurations and require expensive motors or electronic devices, the ideas are difficult to be widely distributed.
