PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device and a peeling system excellent in workability when collecting a blood vessel together with its peripheral tissue.SOLUTION: A peeling device 12 includes a grip part 16 and a peeling member 18 provided at the tip of the grip part 16. The peeling member 18 includes a base part 22 and a side part 24 extending in a thickness direction of the base part 22 from the base part 22.
