In the present description provides Combination Therapies for the treatment of cancer.In particular, the methods described relate to the treatment of cancer in a patient comprising administering an Antibody that blocks the interaction between pd-1 and pd-l1 and FGFR Inhibitor,Where are the Antibody that blocks the interaction between pd-1 and pd-l1 and FGFR inhibitor if there are one or more variants of biolgica FGFR present in a sample of the patient.En la presente descripcin se proporcionan terapias de combinacin para el tratamiento del cncer. En particular, los mtodos descritos se refieren al tratamiento del cncer en un paciente que comprende administrar un anticuerpo que bloquea la interaccin entre PD-1 y PD-L1 y un inhibidor de FGFR, en donde se administran el anticuerpo que bloquea la interaccin entre PD-1 y PD-L1 y el inhibidor de FGFR si hay una o ms variantes de FGFR presentes en una muestra biolgica del paciente.
