To provide a fishing line guide capable of preventing occurrence of line entanglement while being reduced in weight: and to provide a fishing rod and a fishing line guide frame.SOLUTION: A fishing line guide 1 is fixedly mounted on the outside of a rod body 4, and is provided with: a guide ring 2 for guiding a fishing line and a frame 3 having a ring holding part 12 where a ring mounting hole 10 in which the guide ring 2 is fitted, is formed, and a mounting leg part 11 placed on the outer peripheral surface of the rod body 4 and fixed by a reeled fishing line 5. The frame 3 is an injection molding integrally formed of synthetic resin while having a portion not exposed in a state of being mounted on the rod body 4 of the mounting leg part 11 as a gate position.
