PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine evaluation system which is capable of unambiguously determining a control target value regarding an administration speed of a radioactive medicine and capable of sufficiently securing the time for performing the evaluation of the radioactive medicine, and to provide a medicine evaluation method, a medicine evaluation program and a recording medium.SOLUTION: In a medicine evaluation system 1, a characteristic parameter of a radioactive medicine is calculated based on a ratio of the radioactivity quantity per unit time of the radioactive medicine administered to a reference inspection object Sr to a TAC equilibrium time radioactive concentration of a specified region measured by the PET device 11 when the radioactive medicine is administered to the reference inspection object Sr at a constant speed. Further, a control target value of the radioactive concentration of the specified region when the radioactive medicine is administered to an inspection object S is calculated based on a product of the inverse number of the characteristic parameter and the radioactive concentration and the initial administration speed of the radioactive medicine. The administration speed of the radioactive medicine is controlled in a feedback manner based on the control target value and a comparative control parameter until the TAC of the specified region reaches an equilibrium.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
