PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric sustained-release soft capsule which is easy-to-produce.
SOLUTION: The enteric sustained-release soft capsule is prepared by kneading gelatin, polyhydric alcohols, polysaccharides and alkaline metal salts as plasticizers, and water. The polysaccharides are at least two kinds selected from among carrageenan, agar, locust bean gum, tamarind seed polysaccharide, pectin, xanthan gum, glucomannan, chitin, pullulan, alginic acid, and alginic acid derivatives and contained in the soft capsule in an amount of 6-40 mass%.
