The present invention relates to a plant growing cabinet (1 ) comprising a body (3) in which at least one plant growing unit (2) is provided, a liquid pump (X) pumping liquid solution into the plant growing unit (2), at least one air stone (5) provided on the base of the plant growing unit (2), partially or completely disposed in liquid, an air pump (6) pumping air to the air stone (5), and a chamber (7) whose base is of perforated structure, placed on the plant growing unit (2) so as to rest above the air stone (5), in which the mixture is put enabling growing of the plants to be cultivated.
