The smart electronic moxibustion treatment system comprises: a moxibustion device (10) having a controller (110) capable of programming a specific heating curve, the moxibustion device (10) being positioned on a specific part of human skin and configured to receive heat produced by a heater (120) that uses power supplied from a rechargeable secondary battery portion (20), thereby conducting moxibustion treatment through a skin contact plate； and a control unit (30) for providing a containing space in which one or more battery portions (20) are seated, and charging batteries embedded in the battery portions (20). One or more moxibustion devices (10) can be selectively charged through surface contact with an electromagnetic charging terminal provided on one side of the control unit (30).
