PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body monitoring system and a living body monitoring method capable of estimating an occurrence of an abnormal situation with a high degree of precision, and a method for urgently reporting the abnormal situation by electronic communication, and also provide methods for subsequent smooth state confirmation at the site, and an opening/closing control for a key to an entrance of a habitable room, which hinders rescue activity.SOLUTION: A living body monitoring system includes determination means for determining an abnormal condition by observing an activity state of a living body based on a result of detection by a radio wave sensor, and recording and analyzing it, and evaluation means for evaluating the determination of the abnormal condition of the living body by the determination means based on the result of the detection by at least one environment sensor. Furthermore, the living body monitoring system has a function to perform smooth state confirmation and support execution of rescue activity by a person who determines the situation is abnormal and rushes to the site resulting from the related information notification by electronic communication to persons or groups concerned, and an opening/closing control function for a key to an entrance of a house in which a person in the abnormal condition is living in consideration of crime prevention as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】高い精度で異常事態の発生を推測することができる生体監視システム及び生体監視方法と当該異常事態を電子通信で緊急連絡する方法を提供するとともに、後続するその現場での円滑な状況確認と救護活動の妨げとなる居室の入口鍵の開閉制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】電波センサの検出結果に基づいて生体の活動状況を観察し記録および解析する事により、異常状態を判定する判定手段と、少なくとも１つの環境センサの検出結果に基づいて判定手段による生体の異常状態の判定を評価する評価手段と、を備えた生体監視システムによって上記課題を解決する。さらに異常状態と判定し、関係者や団体に電子通信での関連情報通知に伴う駆け付け者による円滑な状況確認と救護活動の実施支援、加えて、防犯にも配慮した異常対象者居住宅の入口鍵の遠隔開閉制御機能も備えた生体監視システムによって、これらの課題を解決する。【選択図】図１
