The present invention relates to a composition comprising:(a) at least one alkoxylated polyamine(b) at least one organic acid chosen from alkyl acids, alkoxylated monoacids, and mixtures thereof(c) at least one lipophilic compound and(d) at least one solvent comprising water.Such a composition is clear in appearance, and stable.The present invention also relates to a method of making such a clear composition, and to a method of cosmetic treatment of a keratinous substrate using such a composition.
