The device for pulverizing and extracting an agricultural product also includes the cutting pulverizing unit installed in the upper part of a housing to selectively separate the finishing piece finishing the upper part of the housing and separate a cutter assembly comprising a cutter shaft in the housing, a cutter, an auxiliary cutter, and a pulverizing cutter at the same time and rotating the ascending and descending plate having a driving motor at a fixed angle after selectively lifting the ascending and descending plate in order using the ascending and descending unit composed in the hand gear structure. Therefore, the cutter assembly and inside of the housing can be easily cleaned and repaired. At same time, the inside of the housing can be easily cleaned.
