PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt and a belt system that prevent a position deviation even when a physical motion is started.SOLUTION: A detector mounting belt 1 for allowing a detector 5 detecting a physical motion to be mounted on a human body includes: a belt body 2 to be mounted on a predetermined physical region and having a pocket part for fixing the detector 5 a sub-belt 3 to be mounted on a physical region different from the physical region on which the belt body 2 is mounted and a connection part 4 for connecting the belt body 2 to the sub-belt 3.
