According to an embodiment, a user health state monitoring device includes a measurement unit configured to continuously measure a triglyceride concentration level of the user for a predetermined period； an analysis unit configured to analyze a graph showing the triglyceride concentration level to acquire analytical information； and a monitoring unit configured to monitor the user's health state based on the acquired analytical information.
