PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing phosphorylated GRASP is provided to treat diseases caused by abnormal protein folding as well as cystic fibrosis.CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating cystic fibrosis contains phosphorylated GRASP(Golgi reassembly stacking protein) and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The GRASP is denoted by sequence number 1 or 2. The phosphorylated GRASP recovers misfolding CFTR.
