PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument insertion tool having a structure that enables a replacement work of a treatment instrument to be easily performed.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument insertion tool 20 is to be attached to an endoscope 1, which is to be inserted in a subject, and used to insert treatment instruments 31-34 to be used for treating the subject into the subject.
