An endoscopic intubation system with malleable stylet is provided and includes a stylet, a camera module with light source, a grip and a power control module. The stylet has a varying elastic portion and a malleable portion. The varying elastic portion has a proximal end and a connecting end, where the rigidity of the varying elastic portion from the proximal end to the connecting end is decremented. The malleable portion is extended from the connecting end and has a distal end. The camera module is connected to the distal end to provide a light source and capture image. The grip is connected to the proximal end. The power control module is electrically connected to the light source module. By using the endoscope of the present invention having a rigidity changeable stylet, and when an excessive force is applied to the grip, the shape of the elastic portion will be changed and thereby reducing the deformation of the distal end.
