A combination product is described. The combination product can include composition &ldquo；A&rdquo；, which can have at least one filler product and a composition &ldquo；B&rdquo；, which can have at least one compound of the tetracycline family used at a subantimicrobial dose for the treatment of skin aging and scars. Compositions &ldquo；A&rdquo； and &ldquo；B&rdquo； can be used simultaneously, separately or sequentially over time. Also described, is a single pharmaceutical composition having, in the same physiologically acceptable medium, at least one filler product and at least one compound of the tetracycline family used at a subantimicrobial dose.
