A biosensing device is provided. The biosensing device includes a support layer and a biosensor disposed on the support layer. The biosensor may include vertically-aligned carbon nanotubes and an electrode layer disposed on the surface of the vertically-aligned carbon nanotubes. The vertically-aligned carbon nanotubes may have metal nanoparticles on their surfaces.
