An implant for surgical treatment of spondylolisic spondylolisthesis from an anterior approach contains a transplantate and mechanisms for reposition and fixation of an inserted spinal bone of an arthrodesed spinal column segment. The transplant is made of two plate rods, upper and lower, superimposed and adopted to displacement of an upper rod against a lower one. Width of both rods in a sagittal plane amounts within 0,6-0,7 of interbody width, and total height of the assembled transplant is equal to required height of an intervertebral cartilage. The upper rod is equipped with longitudinal flanges as well as a ledge and holder with holes in each of them placed perpendicularly to them, a fixing screw is pushed through a ledge hole designed to this rod fastening to a body of top displaced spinal column, and through a holder’s hole there assembled a reposition mechanism of displaced spinal column in the form of a retractile screw with a cylindrical screw connecting both rods together. A lower U-shaped rod is equipped with longitudinal and cross holes and fixation mechanism of repositioned spinal column is made as a set of cylinders with narrow tips from both sides which are mounted in cross holes of a lower rod adapted to their interaction with cylindrical pushers located in longitudinal holes.Имплантат для хирургического лечения спондилолизного спондилолистеза из переднего доступа содержит трансплантат и механизмы вправление и фиксации вставленного позвонка артродозованного сегмента позвоночника. Трансплантат выполнен составным из двух пластинчатых стержней, верхнего и нижнего, наложенных друг на друга с возможностью перемещения верхнего стержня относительно нижнего. Ширина обоих стержней в сагиттальной плоскости составляет в пределах 0,6-0,7 ширины межтелового промежутка, а общая высота трансплантата в собранном виде равна необходимой высоте межпозвонкового диска.
