PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sensor control device capable of performing proper differentiation without annoying a medical staff unnecessarily, and to provide an operation method and an operation program thereof, and a biological sensor system.SOLUTION: In a biological sensor device 11, a respiration rate sensor 25 and a heart rate sensor 26 in a first sensor part 20 are always driven by control of a biological sensor control server. On the other hand, a skin impedance (IMP) sensor 27 in a second sensor part 21 starts driving, when it is determined that a respiration rate and a heart rate satisfy a first determination condition, by a determination part of the biological sensor control server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
