PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition comprising a fatty acid oil mixture and at least one free fatty acid in the form of a coated capsule or coated tablet suitable for oral administration, and a method for using the same.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a pharmaceutical composition in the form of a gelatin capsule or tablet. Here, at least one coating is selected from an enteric coating, a sublayer, a top layer, and combinations thereof. There is also provided a pre-concentrate in the form of a coated capsule or coated tablet, the concentrate comprising a fatty acid oil mixture, at least one surfactant, and optionally at least one free fatty acid. There is further provided a method for using any of them.
