The present invention relates to a female external use cleaning and health care ball, which is composed of a body, a net encapsulating body and an operating wire. The body is roughly a ball shape, and is composed of borneol, dragon blood, centipede, sophora flavescens, bombyx batryticatus, common cnidium fruit. The net encapsulating body has an opening, and may encapsulate the exterior of the body after the body is placed therein. The net encapsulating body is composed of sterilized gauze, and the opening is closed by means of the operating wire. One end of the operating wire is used as the opening of the net encapsulating body, and the other end is used to move the body of the present invention. When in use, the body is placed deep in the vagina, and the outer end of the operating wire is located at the vagina entrance. After the placement for a suitable period of time, the body may be extracted by pulling the operating wire.
