According to the present invention, the hydroponic cultivator comprises: a main body unit having a water supply hole formed at a center to discharge water stored in a water tank to the outside by operation of a pump and having a water discharge hole formed around the water supply hole to store water flowing from the outside in the water tank； the cultivation pot receiving and germinating a seed to cultivate a seedling； a seedling cultivation unit coupled to the upper part of the main body unit, having a plurality of pot insertion units to insert the cultivation pot having the seedling cultivated therein into the circumference thereof, and connected to the water supply hole to supply the water supplied from the water supply hole to an upper side and discharge fallen water to the water discharge hole； and a distribution unit coupled to the open upper side of the seedling cultivation unit and distributing the water supplied through the seedling cultivation unit to drop the water onto each of the plurality of cultivation pots inserted into the seedling cultivation unit.
