PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide for imparting transition ability to a lipid membrane structure into a hepatic endothelial cell and/or enhancing the same, a lipid membrane structure having transition ability into a hepatic endothelial cell or having had enhanced transition ability into a hepatic endothelial cell, and an agent for imparting transition ability to a lipid membrane structure into a hepatic endothelial cell and/or enhancing the same.SOLUTION: As a result of extensive research, the present inventors found that KLGR peptides and RLTR peptides impart and enhance transition ability to and of a lipid membrane structure into a hepatic endothelial cell and that a lipid membrane structure containing such as a lipid bonded to a KLGR peptide and a lipid bonded to RLTR peptide as a constituent lipid, selectively and efficiently transits into a hepatic endothelial cell.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 脂質膜構造体に対して肝臓血管内皮細胞への移行能を付与および/または増強するペプチド、肝臓血管内皮細胞への移行能を有するまたは肝臓血管内皮細胞への移行能が増強された脂質膜構造体および脂質膜構造体に対して肝臓血管内皮細胞への移行能を付与および/または増強する剤を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明者らは、鋭意研究の結果、KLGRペプチドやRLTRペプチドが、脂質膜構造体に対して肝臓血管内皮細胞への移行能を付与することや増強すること、および、KLGRペプチドと結合した脂質やRLTRペプチドと結合した脂質を構成脂質として含む脂質膜構造体が、選択的かつ効率的に肝臓血管内皮細胞へ移行することを見出した。【選択図】 図1
