The present invention relates to an antibody against human programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a nucleic acid for coding same, a vector comprising the nucleic acid, a recombinant microorganism transformed with the vector, a method for preparing the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a composition for cancer prevention or treatment comprising same. The novel PD-1-binding antibody or the antigen-binding fragment of thereof can bind to PD-1 and inhibit the activity thereof and is therefore useful for developing an immunotherapeutic agent for various diseases associated with PD-1.La présente invention concerne un anticorps dirigé contre la mort cellulaire programmée 1 humaine (PD-1) ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci, un acide nucléique pour le codage de celui-ci, un vecteur comprenant l'acide nucléique, un microorganisme recombinant transformé avec le vecteur, un procédé de préparation de l'anticorps ou du fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci, et une composition pour la prévention ou le traitement du cancer comprenant celui-ci.
