The blood glucose measurement device comprises: a portable terminal in which an illuminance sensor and a flash are installed a hollow tube-shaped human body insertion portion wherein one end portion thereof is inserted into the human body and light emitted from a light source is transmitted to be irradiated to a body fluid of the human body a connection portion having one end connected to the other end of the human body insertion portion and the other end connected to the portable terminal and allowing light from the flash of the portable terminal to be transmitted to the human body insertion portion and the illuminance sensor to detect light reflected from the body fluid within the human body insertion portion and a blood glucose information analyzing unit that receives the reflected light from the illuminance sensor and converts the received light into an electrical signal, and measures the concentration of glucose contained in the body fluid based on the converted electrical signal. According to the above, since an illuminance sensor and a light source of a flash of a portable phone terminal used in the real life are used, there is no need to manufacture a separate device, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and providing an economical effect.
